One of Svebios most important tasks is to answer consultations from the Swedish government, from different other Swedish authorities and agencies, as well as the European Union. These consultations are usually in Swedish, but the consultations to E U often in English. The purpose of the consultations is to further the interests of the bioenergy business community, and advance Svebio’s goals concerning energy and climate policies.
Svebio is a member of AEBIOM, the European Biomass Association, and WBA, World Bioenergy Association.
